All of our products carry the manufacturers warranty. Our Allison transmission cooler hoses carry a 3 year warranty on parts only. A lifetime warranty can be purchased for the Allison transmission cooler hoses, which will extend the warranty period.
All of our items are warrantied against defects, or failure of the item from normal use. Warranty is voided by damage caused by improper installation, or misuse. We do not pay for labor incurred during the warranty process.
We guarantee that any of our products that we build, such as our cooler hose sets will only work with factory parts, or factory replacement parts. For example, we are not responsible for our cooler lines not fitting correctly when the radiator, or cooler have been replaced by aftermarket parts that use different size fittings.
Our oil cooler hose sets, and transmission hose sets are only guaranteed to fit the GM full size pickups. We cannot guarantee that they will fit the suv bodies, aka Tahoe, Yukon, or Avalanche. We also cannot guarantee that they will fit anything larger than a 3500, or 1 ton truck.
